STEEL SANDBLASTING
Steel Sandblasting cleans any contaminants from metal surfaces before the powder coating is processed. The setup usually consists of three different parts: the abrasive itself, an air compressor, and a blaster nozzle.

POWDER COATING
Unlike liquid paint, powder coating contains no solvent or volatile organic compound (VOC ) emissions during the application, meaning that spray enclosure air can be filtered, then re-circulated back into the powder coating room as opposed to exhausted to the outside. This ensures enviromental controls and a professional job done.
After power coating is done, then the metal is send to the Powder Coating Oven, where the color of your choice is being cured at a approximate 450 degrees..... and WALLAH! Your part is fresh out of the oven, looking restored, refinished and good as new.
